Dre Area: The Mac Dre Art Show

Thizz Entertainment and graphic artist Street Bleach linked up to curate an art show in honor of Bay Area rapper, Mac Dre.

"Dre Area: The Mac Dre Art Show” opens on Apr. 25 from 5 p.m. to midnight at Charles Place in downtown Oakland. A portion of the proceeds from the exhibit will go to the late rapper’s family. Real name Andre Hicks, Mac Dre was killed in a shooting while riding as the passenger in a white van on a Kansas City freeway during a concert stop on a tour on on November 1, 2004.
